Welcome to the Azerbaijan British College, where we believe that children thrive on an
all-round education within a caring and supporting environment. I am proud to lead our
dynamic, and successful school where visitors consistently comment on the relaxed and
purposeful environment around the site, our polite and motivated students and our
friendly, family atmosphere.

We are an independent international school in the City of Baku. With a family feel and passion for enabling children to do their best. Our students learn in a safe environment where they are able to enjoy our dynamic contemporary education facilities and develop through learning, discovery and guided curiosity.
We study the Cambridge Curriculum that leads to the internationally recognised qualifications of IGCSEs and A-Levels. Our students generally go onto to study in the some of the best universities around the world and the region and will undoubtably become leaders in their chosen fields.
We strive to develop their talents and personalities in a positive and productive way throughout the school, giving them a superb grounding for the years ahead.
We are a thriving school with over 750 students aged 2 to 18. Since opening our doors in 2013, we have continued the belief that every child matters, having small class sizes to encourage and nurture in addition to teaching the English national curriculum as well as local national subjects to ensure a wide range of experiences.

Your Senior Leadership Team (SLT)

ABC is led by the SLT, who meet weekly to formulate policy, resolve issues and present their weekly report to the board. The team is made up of the General Manager, Head of Preschool, Head of Primary, Head of Secondary, Vice Principal and Principal. The team members each have their own responsibilities and line management roles. They work together to take the school forward.
