Head of Secondary
In Key Stage three here at ABC, students follow a balanced curriculum divided into three distinct parts.  The Cambridge curriculum builds towards the checkpoint examinations in Year 9 in English, Maths and Science.  The Foundation curriculum develops the students broader education in the arts, physical exercise and the  humanities, whilst the Global Student Development strand develops the whole child and their relation to the world around us.    Our curriculum is cumulative and builds each year by extending concepts and ideas.  In some subjects streaming is used to support different learning styles.  We promote wellbeing and look to create future leaders who are fully prepared emotionally and academically to study IGCSE.
